The Family Homes Project provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with special needs. The goal is to help them become more independent, improve their daily skills, and feel part of the community.

Supervision Plan for "Nido" Family Home

Regular meetings with three residents to strengthen self-management skills and independent decision-making.
Assessment of personal needs, including social, psychological, and health-related support.
Guidance in practical skills like money management, personal care, and communication.
Monitoring progress and adjusting support plans as needed.
Organizing activities to encourage independence and social integration.

Daycare & Activity Homes

The program supports 49 individuals across two centers:
Silvana Vignali Activity Home (31 participants)
Open Monday to Saturday, 08:00-12:00, supervised by caregivers and a psychologist.
Activities include cognitive games (puzzles, building blocks), creative arts (music, theatre, crafts), practical skills (writing, reading, money management), and self-care training.

Don Antonio Bozza Laboratory (18 participants)
Open Monday to Saturday, 08:00-12:30, led by caregivers and a psychologist.
Focus areas: pyrography (wood engraving), traditional crafts, occupational therapy, gardening, and independent living skills.

Outdoor Activities & Social Events
Weekly outings to promote social integration, independence, and well-being.
Monthly birthday celebrations with games, music, and gifts to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
Staff provides emotional and social support, ensuring a safe and joyful environment.

The Family Homes Project is committed to strengthening individuals with disabilities, helping them develop life skills, and creating a sense of belonging in the community.
