​On October 24, 2025, the "Project Hope" Association celebrated its 30th anniversary at the Colosseo Hotel in Shkodra. The event brought together institutional partners, NGO representatives, collaborators and members of the disabled community.

​Highlights of the event:
​Opening: It started with the exhibition "Beyond Borders", with artistic works by the association's youth. A minute of silence was held in honor of the founder, Dr. Silvana Vignali, and other deceased members.

​Keynote Speeches:
​Mr. Lugj Mila (President of the Association): He recalled the difficult beginnings of 1994 and thanked the supporters.
​Other personalities such as: Mons. Giovanni Peragine (Archbishop), Ms. Marjana Koceku (MP), Ms. Teuta Qyteza (Vice Mayor of Shkodra Municipality), Mons. Angelo Massafra (Co-President), Ms. Reme Lala/Xholi (Director of the State Social Service) and Mr. Edmond Ndou (Chairman of the District Council) gave speeches in which they appreciated the work and mission of the association.

​Documentary: A documentary entitled "30 Years of Hope, Care and Integration" was shown, which reflected the history of the association.

​Honors and Recognition: Certificates of appreciation were awarded to supporting institutions (such as the Municipality of Shkodra, Caritas, the Regional Hospital), international organizations (Alpini di Lugagnano, Entreculturas) and volunteers. A special tribute was given after the death of the founder, Dr. Silvana Vignali.

​Vision for the Future: President Mila presented the short-term (2-year) and long-term (5-year) plans for expanding the association's activities.

​Closing: The event concluded with musical moments, a visit to the association's premises, and a Mass of thanksgiving at the "Zoja Rruzare" Church.
​The main message of the jubilee was that hope comes from the belief that every small gesture can bring about change.

30 years together – 30 years of memories, friendship and love!

On Saturday, the 25th, as part of the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of our association, we gathered at the summer camp for a day full of joy, emotions and gratitude.

We were honored with their presence by our donor friends from Italy and Spain, who shared with us the joy and emotions of this important anniversary

We celebrated to the sounds of music, with lively dancing, contemplation of nature and a fantastic menu prepared with love by our tireless kitchen volunteers

It was a day filled with smiles, memories and gratitude - a testament to the power of unity and love that connects us through these 30 years!
